Jenn is a yoga teacher, teacher trainer and mentor. Her past as a competitive gymnast and professional aerial artist has lended to a deep understanding of and passion for the body and movement. Through her experience of owning a studio and building a thriving community at The Yoga Centre in San Luis Obispo, CA for over 5 years, in addition to creating and teaching a comprehensive Yoga Alliance Certified 200 hour Teacher Training curriculum, she has become a highly sought after teacher and mentor.
Since co-founding YogaCentre.com in 2011, her influence has stretched across the world, providing a grounded, easy to understand approach to understanding yoga. Her classes are challenging on the body and mind, joyful, and encouraging. Jenn’s approach is very much centered around the teacher/ student relationship and is not afraid to push the self-proclaimed limits of her students when appropriate. Jenn has a passion for teaching and supporting pregnant yogis throughout their incredible journey into motherhood, and is an advocate of a natural approach to birthing and parenting.
She teaches 200hr Teacher Trainer and mentorship programs yearly, hosts Retreats across the world, and offers full length classes and instructional videos online. Jenn currently lives in Peachtree City, GA with her 3 beautiful children.
