Jenn Dufour, E-RYT 500, YACEP

Jenn Dufour is a seasoned yoga teacher, teacher trainer, mentor, and studio owner with over 15 years of personal practice and more than a decade of teaching experience. She is the founder of The Yoga Lounge in Peachtree City, Georgia. Her background as a competitive gymnast and professional aerial artist shaped her deep understanding of the body, biomechanics, and the art of intelligent, empowering movement.
