Jenn is a yoga teacher, teacher trainer and mentor. Her past as a competitive gymnast and professional aerial artist has lended to a deep understanding of and passion for the body and movement. Through her experience of owning a studio and building a thriving community at The Yoga Centre in San Luis Obispo, CA for over 5 years, in addition to creating and teaching a comprehensive Yoga Alliance Certified 200 hour Teacher Training curriculum, she has become a highly sought after teacher and mentor. Since co-founding YogaCentre.com in 2011, her influence has stretched across the world, providing a grounded, easy to understand approach to understanding yoga.
