Jenn Dufour, E-RYT 500, YACEP
Yoga Teacher Trainer • Aerial Yoga Educator • Mentor • Studio Owner
Jenn Dufour is a seasoned yoga teacher, teacher trainer, mentor, and studio owner with over 15 years of personal practice and more than a decade of teaching experience. She began practicing yoga in 2009 and completed her first 200-hour teacher training in 2010, laying the foundation for a lifelong devotion to movement, embodiment, and conscious living.
Her background as a competitive gymnast and professional aerial artist shaped her deep understanding of the body, biomechanics, and the art of intelligent, empowering movement.
Jenn is the founder of The Yoga Lounge in Peachtree City, Georgia, which she opened in September 2024 and has since grown into a thriving yoga and aerial community. Prior to that, she owned and operated The Yoga Centre in San Luis Obispo, California for over five years, where she built a deeply connected community and created a comprehensive Yoga Alliance–certified 200-hour teacher training program that continues to shape confident, embodied teachers.
Her work and leadership have reached students and teachers around the world through trainings, retreats, mentorship, and online education. In April 2025, Jenn was honored as the cover feature of Fayette County Lifestyle Magazine, recognizing her impact on wellness and community in the region.
Jenn’s classes are known for being intelligent, challenging, joyful, and deeply encouraging. She weaves strength, mobility, breath, and presence into practices that help students move beyond perceived limitations and into a more honest relationship with themselves. Her teaching is grounded, accessible, and rooted in the belief that yoga is both a personal and relational practice — one that unfolds through trust, curiosity, and consistency.
She is deeply passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, bringing a holistic, empowering lens to prenatal yoga, teacher mentorship, and conscious parenting.
Jenn currently lives in Peachtree City, GA with her three children, where she continues to teach, train, mentor, and lead both in-person and online.
